my stay was positive as I enjoyed the comfortable room and the unexpected variety of hot breakfast that fueled my city explorations. Being just a short drive from both Anchorage Trail and Blackacre State Nature Preserve made it easy to break up my urban wandering with nature time. as a single traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff who always greeted me with coffee in the lobby, but I did notice some areas in need of maintenance that could enhance guests' experiences.

The room was spacious and had a comfy feel, despite looking a bit tired. And those warm cookies at the front desk? Absolutely delightful!

But goodness, the water pressure in the shower was practically non-existent! I felt like I was recreating a scene from an old western — not the vibe I was going for!
